Delivered when it was supposed to, flat packed which I needed for room access, easy to build in about 30 mins, looks and feels very expensive, suits the room perfectly. Very firm but very comfy as a sofa, not sinking into the middle of it, pull the bottom section out and use it like a huge cuddle chair. In bed form it’s very solid not like older versions that creaked and collapsed and bit your hand off when making it up. All in perfect buy
