Delivery – exactly when was told it would be. Sofa very well packaged.
Sofa looks fantastic. Family member said mattress thicker than their sofa bed bought from another company costing £500 more. The cushions are firm and bounce back – but this is what my family like.

Comfy as a sofa, the mattress is a little springy but not too bad.
